Thank you for your comments which we have read in Luxus-Reisen-Blog.
It surprises me that during your visit to us, you couldn’t find the time to discuss the issues you raised, with me.
I give all my guests all the possibilities to discuss their concerns regarding their stay with us, no matter the issue.

Allow me to draw your attention of our points of view to your concerns.

We try to stay a children friendly hotel as you can see with their own swimming pool and several children activities which you might not have seen. It’s beyond our power to predict the character of our beloved young guests.

We are surprised about your comment regarding the unprofessionalism of our staff, since it’s the first time that I hear during my 12 years as General Manager. Regarding the, in your opinion, overenthusiastic hospitality, this is, fortunately or unfortunately, part of our famous Balinese Hospitality. The issue of the indecent proposal, we are not able to trace it anymore.

Many thanks for your compliment concerning the flowers we put every day on the beach. We will pass this compliment to the wind, because they fall every day from the waru tree or grey hibiscus.

Matahari Beach Resort & Spa was in 2001 the first Relais & Chateaux in the South East of Asia. After 10 years, we left this association because we could not identify ourselves anymore in the new standards R&C as set in Asia.
